TCL Corporation, a business conglomerate focused on global scale smart product manufacture and Internet application services, is listed as a whole on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZ.000100), and it includes four listed subsidiary companies: TCL Multimedia Technology (01070.HK), TCL Communication Technology (02618. HK), Tonly Electronics (01249. HK) and TCL Display Technology (00334. HK). In 2015,Highly Information is listed on the New OTC Market(835281).

TCL Corporation was founded in 1981. Its predecessor -- TTK Home Appliances (Huizhou) Co., Ltd., was one of 13 initial joint ventures in China, engaged in production of recording tapes. Subsequently, its business was expanded in the following fields such as telephone, TV, mobile phone, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, small appliances and LCD panel. TCL Corporation currently has 75,000 employees, 23 research institutes and 21 manufacturing bases. It has set up sales offices in over 80 countries and regions, with its business covering more than 160 countries and regions in the world.

In 2015, its revenue and profit hit a new record. It realized total revenue of RMB 104.6 billion, 47% of which were overseas earnings, and realized a net profit of RMB 3.23 billion. In 2015, the LCD TV sales of TCL Corporation ranked three in the world; its mobile phone sales ranked fifth in the world; its LCD panel sales ranked sixth in the world; its air conditioner sales ranked fifth in China; its washing machine sales ranked sixth in China; and its refrigerator sales ranked seventh in China. In 2015, TCL brand value was RMB 71.028 billion, ranked sixth among China’s Top 100 Brands, as the first brand in Chinese color TV industry for ten consecutive years.

The revenue of TCL Corporation exceeded RMB 100 billion in the Year of the Horse, and it will make new achievement in the Year of the Money. In order to realize the goal of next RMB 100 billion as soon as possible, at the beginning of 2015, TCL Corporation developed a dual-wheel driving development strategy: establishing new business capabilities through "double +" transformation; as well as improving global business distribution and increasing the share of overseas market through internationalization.

In order to adapt to the rapid development of mobile Internet and the need of crossover competition, at the beginning of 2014, TCL Corporation put forward the "Double +" strategy of "Intelligence + Internet" and "product + service" and adjusted its industrial structure into 11 business areas, including 7 major product business areas, 3 major service business areas as well as venture capital and investment business. Among them, product business areas including TCL Multimedia, TCL Communications, CSOT, TCL Home Appliance Group, Tonly Electronics, commercial systems business group, as well as parts and materials business group; service business areas include Internet applications and services business group, marketing and logistics services business group, and financial business department. The new “7+3+1” will open up new sectors for the value growth of TCL Corporation.

TCL Corporation is a pioneer in internationalization of Chinese enterprise. Since its initial exploration in 1999, it has undergone three stages including early exploration, transnational merger and acquisition, and steady growth. In recent years, faced with the challenge of the slowdown of China's economic growth as well as the opportunities brought about by China's “One Belt and One Road” initiatives, TCL Corporation has re-developed its roadmap for once again advancing toward internationalization. In the next few years, TCL Corporation will, by "joint forces and leading brand", continue to consolidate and improve its market share in Europe and America. Meanwhile, it will make breakthroughs in the key emerging markets including India and Brazil, take root in the local market, and establish the competitiveness on the whole value chain. In the next five years, TCL Corporation will be committed to providing customers with the products and services with ultimate experience. In 2015, the overall revenue of TCL Corporation is estimated to be increased by 18% on the basis of RMB 101 billion last year, of which the overseas revenue will be increased by 25%.
